Our Story
Coyote Grill wasn't born from a business plan. It was born from a frustration: too many restaurants in this town serving lukewarm food and warmer attitudes. We decided to flip the script.
Every steak hits the grill at a temperature that would melt plastic. Every cocktail is shaken like we have something to prove. And every table gets the same treatment — like they're the only reservation we have.
